Securely recap and allow 5 minutes rehydration at room temperature. Uncap container 2025MF36R1 and transfer 10 g of sample matrix to sterile bag/bottle/flask and add 85ml of diluent to this bag/bottle/flask. Homogenize thoroughly. Empty the rehydrated vial content to this homogenized diluent. Perform serial dillution of 10:100000 to analysis for: Total plate count.
