At Proficiency Testing, we strive to provide high-quality proficiency testing (PT) programs to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

  1. Refund Eligibility: a. if the PT item for registered program has not been delivered within 18 months from the date of registration or purchase due to H & S issues, Technical issues or unavoidable circumstances ( Such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events) you are eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable taxes.
  2. Refund Process: a. Provide your order number, contact information, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
    b. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. d. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Non-Refundable Scenarios: a. No refunds will be issued if you have already received and analyzed the PT item or materials, regardless of your performance or results. b. No refunds will be provided if you fail to follow the instructions or protocols provided for the PT program. c. No refunds will be granted for changes in your personal or laboratory circumstances, such as staff turnover or equipment malfunction. No refund will be granted in case the lab has cancelled the order or does not wish to participate in the PT program.
  4. Refund Decision: The decision to grant or deny a refund request lies solely with Proficiency Testing, and our decision shall be final and binding.
  5. Policy Updates: This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for the latest version of the policy.
