• Quantitative may cover LOW/ HIGH levels in turn to help labs demonstrate competence over whole range in their scope. Accordingly, selection of method can vary.
• Participants can use any National/ Regional / International Methods based on the same principle and methodology e.g., IS, ISO, US FDA BAM, IP; USP
• PTP may include non-accredited parameters in a scheme/ calendar. These are clearly marked with a “*” and are in line with ISO/IEC 17043: 2010 and a separate report is produced for such parameters.
• Where parameters and matrix are separated by “/”, anyone out of these will be covered during the program turn-wise. However, depending on the nature of PT Item sometimes both parameters may also be covered.
• Dates given for PT initiation & report release are tentative and may change. Participants will be informed about the changes if any.
