Securely recap and allow 5 minutes rehydration at room temperature. Empty the rehydrate vial content to 500 ml of sterile distilled water, ensuring thorough homogenization of the sample. Treat this as your sample and carry out the analysis for the Faecal streptococci. Submit the results as MPN only. Vial 2025MWW02R1-2 Uncap the sample vial 2025MWW02R1-2 aseptically and rehydrate using 5ml sterile saline peptone water (0.1% peptone with 0.85% NaCl). Securely recap and allow 5 minutes rehydration at room temperature. Empty the rehydrate vial content to 100 ml of sterile distilled water, ensuring thorough homogenization of the sample. Treat this as your undilluted routine sample and carry out further dillutions from 10:100000 for Total Plate Coumt. Submit the results as cfu/ml only. Raw Data Submission Clear photographs of all plates (before counting, with readable labelling). Photographs of all biochemical / confirmation tests performed (if applicable). Accepted formats: PDF | Max size: 5 MB each. Ensure photos are clear, in focus, and labelled with sample code, date and dilution (if used). Note: Ensure images are in focus and labeled with sample ID, dilution, and date.
