This Code of Conduct applies to everyone working for, with, or on behalf of Envirocare Labs PT Cell, whether as an individual or an organization. It is essential that all associated with us familiarize themselves with this code, as it embodies our core values. While this document cannot address every specific situation, it defines our core culture and must be adhered to at all times. Failure to comply with this code constitutes a serious breach of conduct.

1. Legal Compliance
We are committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries and jurisdictions where we operate. If any law or regulation conflicts with this Code of Conduct, we will always adhere to the stricter standard.
2. Impartiality and Conflict of Interest
We must avoid situations where personal, family, or financial interests could conflict with those of Envirocare Labs PT Cell. This ensures that all our business dealings are fair and transparent. If you encounter a potential conflict of interest, you must disclose it immediately and recuse yourself from any related decision-making processes.
3. Anti-Bribery and Financial Crime
Envirocare Labs PT Cell has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bribery or financial crime. We are committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity.
4. Gifts and Entertainment
Offering or accepting gifts, entertainment, or hospitality can be a complex area. These may be acceptable only if they are of nominal value, not intended to influence business decisions, and do not create an obligation. If there is any doubt, or if the gift/entertainment could reasonably be viewed as improperly influencing business transactions, you must seek clarification or approval from your manager or the ethics committee.
5. Accurate Reporting
Honesty and accuracy are paramount. We must never falsify or include misleading information in any documents, reports, or records, whether on behalf of Envirocare Labs PT Cell or at the request of any third party.
6. Protection of Assets and Intellectual Property
We are all responsible for protecting Envirocare Labs PT Cell’s assets, including physical property, equipment, and intellectual property (IP). 13. Environmental Protection and Energy Savings
We are committed to working in an environmentally responsible manner. This includes reducing our carbon footprint, promoting recycling, and exercising due diligence in all our operations to protect the environment.
14. Community Activities and Colleague Welfare
We encourage participation in local community activities and are dedicated to the welfare of our colleagues and their families. We avoid donations or charity that could be viewed as improperly influencing business. We provide care and facilities to our colleagues as per the laws of the land and other mutually agreed terms, including medical assistance and contributions to welfare funds.
15. Political Activities
Individuals are free to participate in political activities in their own time but must not impose their views on others or discuss them in the office. It is crucial not to create the impression that you represent Envirocare Labs PT Cell in these matters. We do not make party political donations but engage with the government of the day on matters concerning our business.
16. Human Rights
We have zero tolerance for human rights abuses, including forced labor, any form of modern slavery, or the exploitation of children, within our operations or supply chains.
