Terms and Conditions

1. GST of 18% will be applicable on the above-mentioned charges.
2. For foreign customers: Any bank charges, transfer fees, or other charges incurred during the receipt of payment will be borne by the customer, ensuring that the full quoted amount is remitted to us.
3. The dates mentioned for registration closure, and report release are tentative. They may change based on sample stability, homogeneity, logistics, or other operational factors. Any such changes will be communicated to registered participants by email and reflected on our official website.
4. The PT Provider reserves the rights to postpone, merge, modify, or cancel any PT program due to unforeseen or technical reasons. The decision of the PT Provider in such cases shall be final.
5. PT schemes with registration dates before the current date are closed for registration. Please refer to upcoming PT dates for similar programs. (Closed schemes may appear as “out of stock” or “Closed” in the online portal.) Registration for all PT programs shall be completed online through the official website www.proficiencytesting.in
6. The participant is responsible for entering accurate organizational and testing details during online registration. Participation is confirmed only after payment acknowledgment from ELPT Cell.
7. Quantitative programs may cover both low and high levels of analysis to help participants demonstrate competence across the full range of their scope. The methods used may vary accordingly.
8. Participants can use any National, Regional, or International Methods based on the same principle and methodology (e.g., IS, ISO, US FDA BAM, IP, USP).
9. Where matrix are separated by “/”, any one of these may be covered during a program turn. Participants are requested to confirm with PTP prior registering for the PT scheme.
10. Additional freight, import duties, inspection, and documentation charges may vary based on location and will be borne by the participant. ELPT shall not be responsible for customs delay, courier disruption, or environmental conditions beyond control. Participation implies acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned in this calendar and on our official website.
