Revival Instructions

Vial 2026MW03R1

Uncap the PT item suspension aseptically and transfer the entire contents into 445 mL of sterile distilled water.
Perform membrane filtration and transfer the membrane to ASPW. Incubate at 37°C for 24 hours.
After incubation, take a loopful from ASPW and streak onto TCBS agar for the isolation and analysis of the given parameters.
Incubate at 37°C for 24 hours.
For further biochemical analysis, follow the standard procedures (IS 5887 Part 5 / Sec 1: 2023).

Raw Data Submission Requirements

Upload clear photographs of plates for all analytes tested.
Upload photographs of biochemical tests performed.
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF | Max size: 5 MB each.
