Program Details Program Code: 2026MF38R1 Category: Nutritional Supplements Measurand: Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes Result Submission: 10 April 2026 Storage: 2–8 °C until analysis Revival Instructions Vial 2026MF38R1-V1 Uncap the sample vial 2026MF38R1-V1 aseptically and rehydrate using 4 ml sterile saline peptone water (0.1% peptone with 0.85% NaCl). Recap securely & allow 5 minutes at room temperature for rehydration. Aseptically transfer 25 g of the sample matrix from 2026MF38R1-1 to the sterile enrichment broth for Salmonella & another 25 g of the sample matrix from 2026MF38R1-1 to diluting fluid for Escherichia coli. Homogenize this and transfer 2 ml from the rehydrated vial content from 2026MF38R1-V1 to the enrichment broth for Salmonella & remaining 2 ml to diluting fluid for Escherichia coli. Proceed with your routine analysis. Vial 2026MF38R1-V2 Uncap the sample vial 2026MF38R1-V2 aseptically and rehydrate using 4 ml sterile saline peptone water (0.1% peptone with 0.85% NaCl). Recap securely & allow 5 minutes at room temperature for rehydration. Aseptically transfer 25 g of the sample matrix from 2026MF38R1-1 to the sterile enrichment broth for Listeria monocytogenes. Homogenize this and transfer entire contents from the rehydrated vial content from 2026MF38R1-V2 to the enrichment broth for Listeria monocytogenes. Proceed with your routine analysis. Raw Data Submission Upload clear photographs of plates for all analytes tested. Upload photographs of biochemical tests performed. Accepted formats: PDF | Max size: 5 MB each. Note: Ensure images are in focus and labeled with sample ID, dilution, and date. Reporting of Results PT Round: 2026MF38R1 Analytes to Report For this PT round 2026MF38R1, you are required to report results for the following analytes: Escherichia coli Reporting Basis: Per 25g IS 5887 (Part 1):1976 Salmonella Reporting Basis: Per 25g IS 5887 (Part 3):1999 ISO 6579 (Part 1): 2017 Listeria monocytogenes Reporting Basis: Per 25g IS 14988 (Part 1):2020 ISO 11290 (Part 1):2017 BAM chapter 10 Online submission only: Do not download/print this page. Use the Next button to proceed to result entry. Key Instructions (Read before you begin) Do NOT download or print this page — results must be entered and submitted online only. Use the Next button at the bottom to go to the results entry section. Double-check all entries before submission — changes may not be accepted after submission. Retain all raw data and supporting records (e.g., plate photographs, biochemical results, calibration logs) as per ISO/IEC 17025. Upload clear evidence where required — unclear/missing records may lead to disqualification. Avoid collusion — responsibility lies entirely with the participant. Click Submit once only — unsolicited re-submissions may result in only the first entry being considered. If you cannot proceed, ensure all required fields are completed. You will see a confirmation message upon successful submission. Use the specified methods, or an equivalent validated method capable of required accuracy. Obtain prior written permission for deviations. Results in inappropriate formats (e.g., “<”, “>”, or zero where not applicable) may not be considered. Read and follow the PT Protocol carefully before starting analysis. Consent(Required) I have read, understood, and agree to the above instructions and conditions. Please click on the consent to proceed with the result submission.
