Securely recap and allow 5 minutes rehydration at room temperature. Empty the rehydrate vial content to 10 ml of matrix from 2026MF11R1-1, and make the volume to 20ml using sterile distilled water, ensuring thorough homogenization of the sample. Treat this as your sample and carry out serial dillutions from undiluted to 1: 100000 for Total Plate Count. Submit the results as cfu/ml only. Vial 2026MF11R1-V2 Uncap the sample vial 2026MF11R1-V2 aseptically and rehydrate using 5ml sterile saline peptone water (0.1% peptone with 0.85% NaCl).
