Securely recap and allow 5 minutes rehydration at room temperature. Uncap container 2025MF07R1 and transfer 10 g of sample matrix to sterile bag/bottle/flask and add 85 ml dilluent. Homogenize thoroughly. Empty the rehydrated vial content ensuring thorough homogenization. Perform serial dillution 10:100000. Perform routine analysis for: Total plate count, and Coliform count.
